HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Delivery to a metropolitan address normally takes 1-4 business days; shipping to remote Australian locations may take up to 10-15 business days. Calculate your shipping time and cost for single items on the right.

Shipping times kick in when your parcel has left our warehouse. Orders ship from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we usually offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on workdays*. Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. (*We cannot guarantee this 100%, however we always try our best!)

If items in your order are out of stock or have a status of “pre-order” we’ll notify you by e-mail.

A delivery estimate above gives you an idea of how long parcels typically take to travel the route of your parcel. It’s important to know that this is not a guaranteed delivery date.

HOW WILL MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?

We use Australia Post for Australian, New Zealand as well as international addresses. If your order exceeds 20 units, we may send your parcel by TNT Express. All deliveries are trackable.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All Australian as well as international orders are trackable and you’ll find your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email from Australia Post / TNT Express. This is the second email that you receive after your order has been dispatched. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, check your spam / junk folder too.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

It will either be left unattended at your address or the delivery driver will leave a note for you to collect your parcel from your local post office (depending on your local posting procedure).

Parcels are kept at the post office for five days – you will receive another note to remind you to pick it up. It will then be kept at the post office for five more days. If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Oh yeah! lifewear™ australia ships to most destinations around the world via TNT Express. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of your order.

Important: lifewear™ australia does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

HOW MUCH DUTY / TAX / VAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

If you live outside of Australia, unfortunately we’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note, that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 2 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will help facilitate your enquiry.
