Sometimes things just don’t work out. Find out how you can make a return and what our return policy is.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you’ll love everything you buy from Lifewear™ Australia. However if you’re not happy with your online purchase, simply return your item to us and we will refund the full purchase price of the returned product once we have received it. Sorry, no exchanges!

Make sure all papers are attached, the item is unworn (well, tried on is okay) and it’s exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 30 days from the date of receiving it.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply re-pack the unwanted item in its original packaging with the packing slip or invoice attached and send it back to the following address:

You don’t need to fill in and attach any other forms and don’t need to notify us either. We’ll be in touch once your package reaches us.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product. Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Please note: Your refund may be declined if returned garments are damaged, or show signs of wear (tried on is okay).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns take 3-10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1 business day. For credit card refunds please note that your financial institution may need 3-6 days to clear the funds back into your account.

DO YOU REFUND DELIVERY CHARGE?

We usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your order was faulty or incorrectly packed.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM?

We apologise for the error and we will certainly correct this for you. In our effort to provide the best quality control and customer service, please email us at support@lifewear.com.au and we’ll do everything to make you happy again.

Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the defect / fault, which will speed up the returns process. One of our customer service agent will be more than happy to look into this for you.
