Whether you want to learn how to order or make payments, we’ve got the information you need for online orders.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Just click on the top menu SHOP ONLINE, select the product and size you like and add it to the cart. Then follow the simple checkout process. You can order online only, it is fast, safe and secure. Sorry, no phone or email orders are accepted.

HOW DO I PAY?

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the following payment types for your online order: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and eGift Cards. Cheque, cash on delivery or bank transfer payments are not accepted for online orders.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

You can be assured that shopping with Lifewear Australia is safe! We value your privacy and work hard to ensure that your details are secured and never released to any other party. We strive to ensure that every payment transaction occurs within a secure environment.

We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly through our secured payment gateway. Rest assured that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by GeoTrust Global.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking your order is easy! Go to www.auspost.com.au and enter your 10 digit order number into the ‘Track Your Item’ facility at the top right of their page. Your tracking number will be emailed to you by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you’ve made a mistake with your order, you are welcome to return it to us once it has arrived for a refund.

If you’ve made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately, we will make every effort with Australia Post to retrieve your order and update the address details.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your purchases on our website. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in four equal instalments fortnightly.

To make a purchase using Afterpay you will need:

  • A debit or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • An Australian residential address

It’s easy to use:

  • Add items to your shopping cart (up to the value of $1000) and checkout as normal
  • Select Afterpay as your payment method
  • Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment

Important information:

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option. The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout, however the first payment will not be deducted for 14 days. For first time Afterpay customers online, the first payment will be taken at the time of transaction with the remaining three payments deducted each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks. When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.

If a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid. DO YOU REALLY CUSTOMISE GARMENTS?

Yes we do! Any type of garments can be customised with your name, logos etc… For personalised garments we ask for a minimum order of 20 units / design / style. For more information please see this page or contact us and we will be happily assist you.

DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORE?

We do not have a shop, our products can be purchased on our website only. If you have any product enquiries, please contact us.

DO YOU PLACE ITEMS ON BACK ORDER OR PUT THEM ON HOLD?

No, items are not placed on back order and we do not offer a hold or lay-by service. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately.

WHY DO I SEE A $1 CHARGE AFTER PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD?

When someone attempts to use their card to be charged in an online store (depending on the issuing institution), the system sends over a request to the  bank for either a $0.1 or a $1 authorisation (different banks permit different amounts) to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorised.

Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is declined, the system reverse the authorisation request immediately. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from their statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from their statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. The authorisation helps weed out a lot of the cards that would definitely be problematic.
